Can I keep my existing CNC software?
Your existing software can remain installed. Check the machine and controller guide for your supported setup before switching workflows.
Will it work on my machine?
Compatibility depends on the machine and controller configuration. Send X1 your make, model and controller details if you are unsure. A brand name alone does not establish compatibility for every model.
Where do I find updates, videos and the manual?
Use X1 Admin for downloads, release information, instructional videos and the manual. Current X1 software also has automatic update checks built in.
How do I manage my subscription?
