Regional licences

Use the private invitation supplied by X1 for your paid CNC Control order. Business verification and licence activation are reviewed by X1 staff.
What do I need to upload?
Provide your company registration certificate, registered business name, address, country and registration number. Submit from your business internet connection where possible. X1 staff reviews these details, connection-location evidence and the current paid order before approving activation. If you are travelling or using a VPN, contact X1 for a review.
How is my verification information handled?
Certificate files are stored privately for authorised X1 staff review. Daily cleanup deletes the certificate file after 90 days from review, or from upload if it has not been reviewed. Submitted business details, the connection IP address, order links and verification records are retained separately for licensing and account administration. Does verification change my subscription?
No. Uploading a document does not change billing or activate the software. Invitations and activation are handled by X1 staff. Use Manage your plan for the existing subscription pause, resume and cancellation controls.
